PostHeaderIcon The Cleveland Cavaliers Are Currently The Best NBA Team In The Eastern Conference (NBA 2016 4 Part Series blog)

At #1 in the Eastern conference the LeBron James led Cleveland Cavaliers are continuing to dominate. All sports teams start at the top and trickles down. The Cavs is an organization who invests in their brain trust as well as their performers. The Cleveland Cavaliers I believe has what it takes to bring a championship to the area but they have not settled on a coach and I think that has been their Achilles heel.

LeBron James and Kyrie Irving are the catalyst of this team and as they go so does the team. They need to figure out how to move forward together in order to win a championship. I have confidence they will and I think the Cavs are on the cusp of figuring it out once Kyrie figures out how to make LeBron better.

Staying healthy is key but also figuring out how to bring their teammate Kevin Love back to the form he was with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Kevin Love will be the X factor as far as getting the Cleveland Cavaliers over the hump to their goal.

Be good people/Then after that be Great!

PostHeaderIcon Dwight Howard trade rumors.

The top news in the NBA is the big Dwight Howard trade scenarios in which there are as many as four teams involving 11 or more players on the move. in a four team trade scenario the Nets would get Dwight Howard, Jason Richardson, and Earl Clark and Chris Duhon. The Orlando Magic would get Brook Lopez, Damion James, Sheldon Williams, Armon Johnson, Luke Walton, ans 3 first round picks. (Two from the Nets, one from the Clippers). Cleveland Cavaliers would get Quentin Richardson, Sundiata Gaines, Kris Humphries first round pick from the Nets, and $3M in cash. LAC would recive Marson Brooks.

This deal has so many moving parts to it lets just see what actually materialize from this proposal. Should the deal happen this would make the Brooklyn Nets a formidable team having Deron Williams, Dwight Howard, Joe Johnson, and Gerald Wallace. My X-factor on the team is Gerald Green. That bunch has the potential to be a very good team. The word was that a deal was trying to get done on Monday but medical records had to be reviewed. Day nine of this free agency frenzy and the saga continues.  Stay tuned.
